Prepare the chicken: Pat the 7 lb of chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a large bowl or food-safe container

Make the spice blend: In a small bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, all-purpose seasoning, black pepper, and salt.

Season the chicken: Sprinkle the spice blend evenly over the chicken. Rub the seasonings thoroughly into all sides of each piece.

Add the Peri-Peri Sauce: Pour the Nando’s Peri-Peri Sauce over the seasoned chicken and toss or massage until every piece is evenly coated.

Marinate: Cover the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For a deeper, more intense flavor, marinate for up to 2 hours.

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a large baking dish or on lined baking trays. Wrap with banana leaf (optional)

Bake the chicken: Bake for approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the chicken pieces. Turn or baste the chicken halfway through cooking for even flavor and browning.
