  • 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 5.5 pounds lamb stew meat
  • 6 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tomato paste
